Founded in 2021, Avane Cloud Kitchens is Turkey’s first and fastest-growing cloud kitchen venture. With a business model focused on delivery and takeout, it operates its own virtual restaurants on all leading food delivery platforms in Turkey. Avane designs and manages all processes for these virtual brands, from logos and menus to production, delivery, and customer relationship management.

In 2023, Avane introduced its hybrid cloud kitchen model, offering customers a “healthy fast-food” dine-in experience while simultaneously hosting multiple virtual restaurant brands from the same kitchen. This model utilizes the same raw materials, packaging, kitchen equipment, and staff across different brands. By leveraging this efficient system, Avane not only operates the most efficient cloud kitchen globally but also passes on the savings to customers by offering high-quality products at more affordable prices. Additionally, the use of shared raw materials and packaging significantly reduces waste, contributing to sustainability efforts.
